Eversheds and Business Integrity join forces to launch online Human Resources services venture
Eversheds LLP, the leading international law firm, and Business Integrity have today concluded a joint venture agreement to launch a web-based HR documents service.
The new service will offer automated HR contracts and documentation via Eversheds’ extranet, enabling management in large and medium sized organisations to improve service levels, reduce costs and to ensure compliance with corporate HR policy.
Full details of the new service will be announced when it is launched next month.
Commenting on the joint venture Viv Du-Feu, Head of Eversheds’ Human Resources Group said:
