The British Land Company Plc buys DealBuilder.

Leading property company British Land is to deploy DealBuilder from Business Integrity in order to streamline the production of the Company's leasing documentation.

DealBuilder helps organisations generate legal contracts and other complex documents in a new way, by presenting them as easy to use, web-based questionnaires. When the questionnaire is complete DealBuilder automatically builds the required documents. Automating the production of documents saves organisations time and expense, whilst helping them to eliminate legal and commercial risk.

British Land will use DealBuilder to generate documents that comply with the latest PISCES V1.6 standard which will be formally launched on August 21 st .   PISCES - the Property Information Systems Common Exchange Standard,   is a cross industry initiative that seeks to accelerate the electronic interchange of property information. British Land is an Executive member of PISCES.

Stephen Spooner, Property Director of British Land's Business Group, commented: "Property transactions have traditionally generated large numbers of documents, which all too often consume time and scarce resources to complete. The PISCES compliant documents that can be easily generated by DealBuilder will help us to continue to raise our efficiency and competitiveness".

Tim Allen, Business Integrity' s Managing Director said: "We are proud that British Land is joining our growing community of blue-chip clients. DealBuilder has a developed a strong track record amongst the leading international law firms and the property sector in particular. We have recognised the growing importance of the PISCES standard for some time and have invested to make our technology fully compliant".
