NEW YORK, Dec 01, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- McAfee has licensed DealBuilder NDAExpress to enable its business users to quickly and compliantly create new NDAs for their customers, and to help them better manage the confidentiality obligations in previously agreed NDAs.
DealBuilder NDAExpress is a complete request-to-archive NDA lifecycle management system. The legal department is able to rapidly query new and existing NDAs, generating reports for compliance and business process improvement purposes as required.
DealBuilder NDAExpress automatically generates alert emails to appropriate business users and Legal as key dates approach and arrive, and presents business and legal users with a list of recent alerts and work-in-progress as they access their "MyNDA" home page.
Tim Allen, who heads up Business Integrity's North American operations, stated, "We are proud to welcome McAfee to our growing list of customers who recognize the benefits of accelerating business and improving compliance through the use of DealBuilder NDAExpress."
Tom Mule, head of customer services for North America, added, "We were initially discussing remotely hosting NDAExpress for McAfee. It's pleasing that McAfee has now decided to install NDAExpress in its intranet from the get go. This is a further endorsement to the acceptance in corporate America of the underlying Microsoft SharePoint platform."
McAfee joins Cisco Systems, Cadence Design Systems, PepsiCo, Henkel Corporation, Logitech, Microsoft, and AXA as users of DealBuilder corporate self-service systems, and numerous international law firms for legal document assembly systems.
Business Integrity develops and markets the DealBuilder legal document assembly and contract automation system. DealBuilder is used by the world's leading law firms and major corporations in the US and internationally to reduce the time and cost of doing business by accelerating the creation and approval of compliant sales contracts, and by improving the management of those contracts throughout their lifecycle.
